Payment Schedules and Session Cancellations:

New package payment is due on or before the first session. This ensures proper
scheduling.
> Renewal package payment is due on the last session of the current package.
Renewal notification is due one week before the end of the current package,
in order to ensure continued scheduling of your sessions.
> Monthly package payment is due on the first session of each month. Monthly
programs are automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis, so notification
of intent to renew is not necessary. However, at least 15 days notice should
be given of intent to cancel.
> All Monthly packages have a minimum four month commitment.
> Fifteen days notice should be given of extended leave/ vacation. If you
purchase by-session, please advise as to remainder of package usage. In order
to guarantee your time slot will be available upon your return, you may choose
to pay the Extended Vacation/ Leave Fee. Please, see session pricing for details.
> Although we understand that unexpected emergencies arise from time to time,
please note that we do enforce a 24-hour cancellation/ re-scheduling policy.
Scheduled appointments cancelled for non-emergency reasons, will be deducted
from your package. If Hara Health is in a position where we are forced to cancel
your appointment, we, too, will honor the 24-hour policy as best we can; you
will not be penalized for any such cancellation.
> Hara Health will not provide refunds; however, unused sessions are transferable
and we may opt to offer you other compensatory services in lieu (i.e.: massage,
martial arts, hot rock therapy, etc.) from affiliated service providers.
> Returned checks will assess a $20.00 fee.
