Prepare
to move by Inhaling AS you Exhale -
Initiate move with a pelvic contraction
Pull abs up and in!
Feel the lower back go into the mat
Slowly peel away one vertebrae at a time
Keep an Upward curve to the back
Go up until the weight is between the shoulder blades - but NOT higher
Hold at the top, Inhale
AS you Exhale - Reverse the process
Come down one vertebrae at a time
